Unlike many consulting firms that specialize in one industry, we specialize in transferring and adapting proven organizational development approaches to each unique organization, regardless of industry. We take the time to study different industries in order to understand the challenges and opportunities organizations face, and work closely with you to customize an approach to address your organization’s unique needs and to help you achieve desired results.
Do any of these situations apply to you? PRAXIS can assist in these and other areas.
My organization over the years has been very successful. However, our business/industry is changing and our customers are demanding more. We need to do business differently in the future if we are to succeed. I need to better understand best practices, successful approaches, and pitfalls to avoid in bringing about a major organizational change so that we continue to excel.
My organization is performing well, but I know it can do better. How can I raise the bar on performance and gain the support and commitment needed to achieve even greater results without adversely impacting employee motivation and morale?
The performance of my organization has slipped in recent years. We are experiencing what I consider to be lackluster performance and are under-serving our customers. I have tried numerous things to turn around the situation, but they have not yielded the desired results. I am struggling with what to do next, and thus, would benefit from talking through different approaches and exploring ideas that have worked elsewhere.
Our leadership team needs to resolve some key organizational issues. The issues are quite sensitive and even controversial, and while the team is very capable, no one looks forward to these meetings. In order to allow team members to focus exclusively on the issues, I am looking for a skilled facilitator who can design a constructive problem solving process, is able to facilitate our meetings so that we accomplish our goals, and holds us accountable for maintaining healthy team
dynamics.
My team is very effective. We consistently achieve our goals and we work well together. However, at times we lose our focus and momentum. We would benefit from taking a “time out” to critically assess how we are doing as a team – what is working well and areas where we can improve. I want us to emerge as a stronger team with clear priorities, agreed upon strategies, and renewed momentum.
My team is a mess. Individually, people are very talented, but collectively we consistently underperform. The team just has not “jelled.” I need assistance in diagnosing our problems and developing steps to get us back on track. I also would benefit from coaching on how to enhance my effectiveness in the future.
Organizations, leaders, managers, and teams are likely to be successful working with us if they are willing to:
- Envision a better future, set ambitious goals, and develop and implement long-range strategies.
- Critically assess the current situation, recognizing and owning what is and is not working well.
- Challenge current assumptions, and explore and implement new and different approaches to organizational, team, and individual success.
- Lead and champion change and improvement efforts.
- Focus on improving results while maintaining a motivating work environment.
- Value and invest in employees.
